מחשבות על אתיקה, אמנות והבינה המלאכותית / עינבל ויסמן 

בראשית נברא העולם, והוא היה תוהו ובוהו וחושך על פני תהום.

תמיד ההתחלה היא תוהו וחושך ופחד, ובני האדם תמיד מפחדים מהלא נודע, מהמפלצת שאורבת בחשכה,  עשויה מהמיתוסים הכי איומים שבני האדם הצליחו לדמיין עד כה.

רובוטים שישתלטו על העולם, שישמידו בצורה יסודית ומדויקת את האנושות, היא המיתוס הנפוץ ביותר. 

והנה הבינה המלאכותית, אורבת בחשכה, על בסיס קוד, אפליקציה או בסביבת דיסקורד,  רצה לה לבדה בין גלריות, מתגנבת אל הקירות וגונבת אמנות. 

תוהו ובוהו וחושך ואימה או המצאה אנושית מדהימה?

אז קודם כל, הבינה המלאכותית לא רצה בעצמה לשום מקום, אם לא יהיה אדם אחד, אשה אחת,  בן אנוש אחד שימשוך בחוטים שלה ויפעיל אותה.

שנית, היא לא מתגנבת, היא נכנסת, אנחנו נכנסים, לאוניברסיטאות,  לבתי החולים, למכוני המחקר,  לתעשייה, להייטק,  למפעלים, לגלריות,  למוזיאונים, לסדנאות, לומדים טכניקות, גישות, צרכים, ההיסטוריה של האמנות, העיצוב, הצילום,  כל הכשרון האדיר הזה שיש בעולם האנושי, וביחד איתו צועדים עוד צעד אחד קדימה.

מדובר בהתפתחות.

התפתחות אנושית. 

כמו המצאת החשמל.

כמו המצאת הטלגרם, הטלפון, ואז הטלפון הסלולרי.

לבינה המלאכותית יש ענפים שונים, חלקם נמצאים בשימוש האנושי כבר יותר מחמש שנים, ועד לאחרונה זה לא ממש הטריד אתכם. 

ענפים שעוסקים במחקר ופיתוח בתחום הרפואה,  ופרויקט 10k במכון ויצמן הוא חלק ממנו.

ענפים שעוסקים בניתוח מחלות ורפואות.

ענפים של כתיבה, החל מקוד וכלה בכתיבת סיפורים ושירים. המפורסם בהם כרגע הוא צ'אט GPT, או סבא ג'פטו כפי שהתחלנו לכנות אותו.

בתחום הידע (לפחות זה שהיה כתוב עד 2021)

הוא כמו גוגל אבל יותר טוב. אפשר לדבר איתו, והוא אפילו מוכן להעמיד פנים שהוא פסיכולוג ולעשות לכם טיפול, אם כי איני יכולה לערוב לאיכות הטיפול, בכל זאת, אין כמו אינטראקציה אנושית.

ובתחום שאני יוצרת בו מאוגוסט 2022, תחום האמנות הרחב אשר מלא בבינה מלאכותית.

בינה מלאכותית שיכולה ליצור דימויים משגעים,  החל מצילומים מהחלל, לעיצובים ארכיטקטונים, חתולים מתוקים והדפסי פטריות, וכלה ב"צילומי מיקרוסקופ אלקטרוני סורק" של חיידקים ווירוסים (אבל לא של וירוס הקורונה, אם אתם במידג'ורני, זו מילה אסורה)

האם זו אמנות? 

האם זו אמנות מקורית?

בעניין "גניבת אמנות"  עם אמנות בינה מלאכותית,  כאמנית בעצמי, אני מעבירה יצירות ממדיום למדיום, מצלמת, מעבירה למידג'ורני וחזרה, הלוך ושוב. אני מאמינה שכאשר אני מבססת את היצירות  שלי על האמנות שלי, שזו האמנות שלי.

אבל אני גם חושבת שכל אדם שכותב את הפרומפטים (=התיאור לביצוע היצירה) שלו בעצמו, ולא מעתיק אותם מאחרים, הוא האמן שאליו שייכת היצירה.

הבינה המלאכותית היא הכלי,  המכחול, ומכחול ביד אמן יתנהג אחרת לגמרי מאשר מכחול ביד אקראית ללא כוונות וללא מיומנויות.

אישית, אני לא אוהבת לבקש מהבינה המלאכותית לצלם כמו [אמן/אמנית החיים כיום], בלי לבקש מהם רשות קודם.  אם קיבלתי רשות כזו מאמנית מסוימת, אז זה בסדר, ואני אתייג אותה על היצירות שאניב באמצעות ה"צייר כמו…".

אם אני מבקשת מהבינה המלאכותית ליצור כמו אמן אחר, אני מעדיפה לבחור את האמנים המתים, או כמו שביקשתי מג'פטו, תן לי רשימה של כל ה(אמנים) שאינם בין החיים כיום (ראו רשימות בסוף המאמר).

ועם הרשימה הזו, אותה חקרתי באמצעות גוגל ידידי, אספתי כמה שמות שבהחלט מעוררים השראה והתפעלות. ובכל זאת, איני  מרבה להשתמש בהם.

אני נהנית לחקור אותם, וללמוד מהם,  באמצעות יצירה בהשראתם. 

ככה גם לומדים אמנות. לצייר כמו קלימט, ואן גוך או גוגן.

אנחנו לומדים אמנות על בסיס יצירותיהם של האמנים שפעלו לפנינו. גם בצילום. בכל תחום.

תינוק לומד לדבר באמצעות השפה שמדברים סביבו. שפת הוריו. 

עולם האמנות שסביב הוא שפת האם של הבינה המלאכותית. 

והתינוק הזה, הבינה המלאכותית הזו, היא התינוק שלנו.

אנחנו מגדלים אותה,  מכוונים אותה, כותבים לה מונחים, מילים,  רעיונות.

היא תיגדל, והיא תיהיה מה שאנחנו נעשה ממנה. ויהי אור. עולם.

עושר ויופי ורעיונות והתפתחות אנושית מרגשת.

אני שמחה להיות חלק מההתפתחות הזו.

Artificial intelligence has different branches, some of which have been in human use for more than five years, and until recently it didn't really bother you.

Branches of writing, from code to writing stories and poems. The most famous of them at the moment is GPT Chat, or Grandpa Gepto as we started to call it.

It's like Google but better. You can talk to him, and he is even willing to pretend to be a psychologist and treat you, although I cannot guarantee the quality of the treatment, after all, there is nothing like human interaction.
And in the field in which I have been creating since August 2022, the broad field of art which is full of artificial intelligence.

Artificial intelligence that can create amazing images, from photographs from space, to architectural designs, sweet cats and mushroom prints, to "scanning electron microscope photos" of bacteria and viruses (but not of the corona virus, if you're in Midjourney, that's a forbidden word)

Regarding "art theft" with AI art, as an artist myself, I transfer works from medium to medium, photograph, transfer to Midjourney and back, back and forth. I believe that when I base my works on my art, that is my art.

But I also think that every person who writes the prompts (=the description for the performance of the work) himself, and does not copy them from others, is the artist to whom the work belongs.

Artificial intelligence is the tool, the brush, and a brush in the hand of an artist will behave completely differently than a brush in a random hand with no intentions and no skills.
Personally, I don't like to ask the artificial intelligence to take pictures like [artist living today], without asking their permission first. If I received such permission from a certain artist, then that's fine, and I'll tag her on the works I upload using the "paint like...".

If I ask the AI ​​to create like another artist, I prefer to choose the dead artists, or like I asked Geppetto, give me a list of all the (artists) who lived until the year (1980).

I enjoy exploring them, and learning from them, through a piece inspired by them.
