My art photos were inspired by the work of the great still life Dutch and Flemish painters of the seventeenth century: Harmen Steenwijck, Pieter Claesz, Willem Claesz.Heda, Jan Davidsz.de Heem, Clara Peeters etc.
breakfast pieces, vanitas, and Still life of flowers had inspired me to create “The Dark Side of Inbal Weisman” photography series.
As in the 17th century Dutch artists' masterpieces, I used only natural window light, dark handmade background, vintage elements and beautiful fruits or vegetables.
Patiently, I created each scene in days or weeks, first drawing and planning and than creating a real scene and waiting for the right golden hour light to create my perfect moment.
